We're looking for a visually articulate designer capable of communicating his/her ideas through compelling illustrations that integrate textual descriptions seamlessly. You will work closely with the company’s product director and CTO. The person we are looking for will lead the user experience design and design efforts. You must become an expert in applying behavioral science principles to your designs, provide design support to the team (websites, etc.). Additionally, you will explore UI solutions, create UX flows, build wireframes, write specs for developers and participate in the entire design & development process. - Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Human Factors, Interaction Design, or related field
- 2+ years UX/UI experience

The GM of LTG’s new vertical (SAT, GRE, CPA, or CFA)will be responsible for developing from scratch the next vertical of the company, using LTG’s existing technology and marketing infrastructure. The GM will be responsible to research the standardized test market and develop a detailed plan for this project. The GM will create an index for a full study course (lessons & content & questions), hire writers or negotiating to license content from leading standardized test company, manage the entire project, and report the progress directly to the CEO. The candidate must be a self-starter since he/she will work independently at the beginning of the project but eventually will collaborate closely with the product & marketing director and the CTO.
