UI/UX Designer
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to work on our mobile app for standardized tests. You must possess a passion for great design and have an exceptional eye for details in mobile apps. You will be responsible for LTG’s future app design from which all future products will derive. We're looking for a visually articulate designer capable of communicating his/her ideas through compelling illustrations that integrate textual descriptions seamlessly. You will work closely with the company’s product director and CTO.
The person we are looking for will lead the user experience design and design efforts. You must become an expert in applying behavioral science principles to your designs, provide design support to the team (websites, etc.). Additionally, you will explore UI solutions, create UX flows, build wireframes, write specs for developers and participate in the entire design & development process.
The ideal person is motivated to work in a small team building innovative applications that users simply love.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Human Factors, Interaction Design, or related field
2+ years UX/UI experience
Portfolio of previous/current work that displays your ability as a designer
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Proven experience with a user-centric approach to design
Ability to understand customer needs, motivations, and behaviors
Solid understanding of user interaction design tools and techniques
Demonstrated experience designing mobile application interfaces

Director of Content Development
The GMAT Content Director is a new and exciting position in our company. The GMAT Content Director will develop and implement growth strategies for our GMAT related mobile app while managing a small team of GMAT tutors who are responsible for rewriting and reviewing our GMAT content and launch of on-going products and services. We are looking for a dedicated person who has a Start Up spirit who is interested in joining a growing young company. Our guy will be part of an ongoing process and will be asked  to evaluate and revise as needed the current product offerings in order to innovate and execute market strategies that will drive excitement in the team, demand in the customers, and new business overall.

Job Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
Five years of marketing, product marketing, or product management experience.
At least Three years of Previous experience in Test Preparation, Education or online course development.
Entrepreneurial and business orientation – able to drive results with limited resources.
Track record of managing projects/programs of real and virtual teams, working with geographically dispersed projects/programs.
Exceptional strategic thinking, collaboration and leadership skills.


General Manager for The New Vertical
This is a unique opportunity to lead a startup inside a startup.
The GM of LTG’s new vertical (SAT, GRE, CPA, or CFA)will be responsible for developing from scratch the next vertical of the company, using LTG’s existing technology and marketing infrastructure. The GM will be responsible to research the standardized test market and develop a detailed plan for this project. The GM will create an index for a full study course (lessons & content & questions), hire writers or negotiating to license content from leading standardized test company, manage the entire project, and report the progress directly to the CEO. The candidate must be a self-starter since he/she will work independently at the beginning of the project but eventually will collaborate closely with the product & marketing director and the CTO.

Job Requirements:
College graduate from known university. Business/Economics/Engineering/Science degree is preferable.
2 years of experience in teaching SAT, GRE, CPA, or CFA. High score is required.
Proven skills in business and financial management.
