A consummate hard worker, Elad brought his vision of mobile education to life while balancing the demands of running LTG with the coursework of MIT Sloan School of Management. This same grit drove his success as a standout basketball player in his native country of Israel, where he played professionally. In between, Elad spent 5 years as a software technologist for leading high-tech companies such as GE and Intel. Elad holds a BSc in Information Systems Engineering from the Technion and is a passionate snowboarder.
Whether creating LTG’s product roadmap or making emergency car repairs in Saharan Africa, Arnout is a professional problem solver. Arnout leads LTG’s marketing and product development with more than 15 years experience in the online industry, including product management and marketing roles at Microsoft, and consulting for Accenture. Arnout has an MBA from MIT Sloan and received his MsC in Econometrics from the University of Groningen.
With over 10 years of experience in development and management, Roi joined LTG to lead and guide the R&D; team in Tel-Aviv and help shape the face of the company as a top service in the test prep market.
Shaun Rong is currently a MIT PhD student in Materials Science and Computer Science and joined LTG early as a partner. His previous experience as an entrepreneur and his connections in the Chinese investors’ community helped the company source and secure its Angel and Series A investment. He currently heads the company’s business development effort and marketing operation in China. As an engineer, his passion is to solve real-world problems with elegant mathematical models, which is why he also leads the company’s algorithm development.
After taking a break from teaching GMAT classes to get his own MBA, Eli has returned to leave his mark on the test-prep industry. As LTG’s director of content, Eli is committed to using his 10 years of teaching and writing experience to maintain the highest quality of practice questions, explanations, and curriculum. When Eli is not writing course materials or working with students, he is an avid tabletop gamer and collector of Magic: The Gathering cards.
After 7 years as a nonprofit entrepreneur and educator in cross-cultural leadership development, Spencer spent time consulting and did his INSEAD MBA in Asia and Europe. All the while, he enjoyed teaching and application coaching with a well-known test prep company, and happily joined LTG to help make test prep accessible and rewarding for all. Spencer brings a Harvard GSE teaching credential, Harvard chemistry BA, and 770 GMAT score. He is an avid musician and is devoted to his wife and twins.
Searching for his life’s passion, Asaf earned a BSc in mechanical engineering from the Technion and then headed the foreign exchange desk of a large finance firm where he discovered his interest in the Internet. He left the firm to pursue this passion, starting at a small forex website and then gaining more experience at a big marketing company. Asaf focuses on online marketing and growth hacking, using innovation and creative thinking to accelerate performance.
Marissa graduated from Boston University with a degree in advertising and minor in sociology. She has international experience in marketing as well as social media. Marissa loves traveling, tweeting, and exploring beautiful Boston.
Since graduating from Duke University, Sean has led an itinerant life with stints in Northern Ireland, Argentina, North Carolina and Las Vegas. He now helps spearhead LTG’s marketing and branding as well assists in content development and strategy. Before moving east, he worked in Las Vegas, his quasi-hometown, as an editor for a content creation company, editing and producing copy for major U.S retailers and news agencies.
Born and raised in Boston, Danielle joins the LTG team as the Private Tutors Community Manager. She facilitates communication in the Tutor Network with enthusiasm and approachability and acts as their main point of contact. She developed her marketing skills in the fashion industry prior to LTG, and she cites that experience when working with current and prospective tutor partners. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys rooting for the University of Connecticut (her alma mater) Men’s Basketball team, watching awful reality TV, and making people laugh.
Naomi received her LL.B from Tel- Aviv's university's law school. She accomplished her law internship, specializing in real estate law and passed the Israeli bar exams on May 2013. Naomi joined LTG at it's beginning and is helping the company attract the best people ever since. Naomi enjoys reading, Pilatese and traveling.
Omri holds a BSc in industrial engineering with a specialization in information systems from the Technion, Israel. He’s an experienced programmer with specializations in a range of fields. Prior to LTG, Omri served in an elite unit in the IDF, and in his free time he plays in a band and scales boulders.
Daniel gained programming expertise from working on Microsoft web technologies such as databases, servers and net clients and has since transitioned to iPhone programming in objective-c, which led to a variety of iOS projects. When not programming, Daniel loves to create posters and magnets that he designs and draws on his iPad. He enjoys taking classes to learn traditional drawing techniques.
LTG’s weekly employee of the month, Itzhak graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion in Israel where he was named to the Dean's list three times. After earning his degree, he worked at Intel Israel, the American multinational semiconductor chip maker, where he helped develop new WIFI technologies. Itzhak has extensive knowledge in programming, building mobile apps and websites.
The iPhone had a big impact on Anatoly. After working as a QA engineer for many years, in 2008 the iPhone made clear to him that a new era of human-computer interaction had arrived and that he wanted to be a part of the new era, tinkering with apps for the iPhone. Since 2009 he’s been a full-time iOS developer and enjoying every moment of it. Apart from iOS, Anatoly loves philosophy, psychology and finding ways to make things better.
Jonathan specializes in web and Android development for LTG drawing upon his experience working for small and large companies as an Android developer and as a web and mobile developer. A graduate of Ben Gurion with a degree in communication systems, Jonathan is a passionate about fitness, gaming, comics and programming, of course. He’s also a vetted traveler. After serving in the IDF, he explored South America for two years.
A graduate of the college of management academic studies, Itai received his B.A. in accounting and business in 2008, and for the last eight years he’s been a practicing accountant. He now uses his accountant skills to head LTG’s quality assurance. Itai has been happily married since 2013 and is looking forward to expanding his family. Outside of work, he loves watching new movies and traveling abroad.
Michal helps keep the Israeli office organized while pursuing a degree in social sciences at Bar Ilan University where she’s due to graduate in 2015. She’s more than equipped to keep the research and development team in line, drawing off her recent military service in which she orchestrated the placement of up to 30,000 IDF candidates in courses and pre-army screening each year and served as the professional supervisor of 20 soldiers and two officers.

Jamie McCourt, formerly Co-Owner, President and CEO of the Los Angeles Dodgers, is an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, attorney and philanthropist. She was an early stage investor in ZipCar, now the nation’s largest peer-to-peer car sharing service.
Mingming Huang is one of the top angel investors in China. As an experienced entrepreneur, Mingming Huang brings more than 18 years experience in high-tech industry. Margot Lebenberg Carter is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for RealPage, Inc., and oversees all of the company’s legal affairs. Before joining RealPage, Lebenberg Carter served as president of Living Mountain Capital L.L.C., a business advisory firm she founded in 1998 specializing in corporate development, strategic alliances, acquisitions, board directorships and restructurings. Prior to Living Mountain Capital, Lebenberg Carter served as EVP, General Counsel and Secretary for The Princeton Review, Inc., through the sale to Bain Capital.
Howard Anderson is the founder of The Yankee Group and the co-founder of Battery Venture Capital. He was until recently the Bill Porter (1967) Distinguished Senior Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Samuel “Mooly” Dinnar is an entrepreneurial executive who was part of two technology start-ups that grew to revolutionize their industry. He is also a venture capitalist, strategy consultant and negotiations trainer. Dinnar consults investors and companies, serves on several boards and teaches at the Harvard Negotiations Institute.

Yaron Aizenbud is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in engineering, product marketing and business. He has served in senior executive roles in several successful start-ups, including Anagog, Extreme Reality, PortAuthority, Magnifire and Followap. He worked at the IBM Research Lab and at Intel Inc. as a research fellow and senior software engineer. Yaron holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
